How it works

1Pick your PDF form Choose any fillable PDF (AcroForm) from your Drive. FillMerge reads its fields automatically.
2Map columns to fields Match spreadsheet columns to form fields in a visual mapper — text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, with date and number formatting.
3Generate One filled PDF per row, named from your data (like {Name} - Certificate.pdf). Save to a Drive folder, merge into one PDF, or download as a zip.

Your files never leave your browser

FillMerge fills PDFs entirely inside your browser and your Google account. Your PDF and your spreadsheet data are never uploaded to our servers — we couldn't read your documents if we wanted to. The only thing our backend stores is your credit balance.

FillMerge only ever accesses the specific files you pick, and the spreadsheet it's open in — never your whole Drive.

Pricing

Free: your first 20 PDFs, no card required.

Then: one-time credit packs — pay once, use whenever. No subscription, nothing recurring, no surprise renewals. Pack sizes and prices will be announced at launch.

FAQ

What kinds of PDF work?
Any PDF with real form fields (an “AcroForm”) — the kind you can click and type into. If your PDF is a flat scan or uses Adobe's legacy XFA format, FillMerge will tell you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it instead of failing silently.
Which field types are supported?
Text, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns, plus locale-aware date and number formatting per column.
Do you see my documents or data?
No. Filling happens in your browser. Documents and spreadsheet contents never reach our servers.
How do I get support?
Email support@fillmerge.com. Support is written-only — that keeps the product cheap and the answers searchable. There are no calls or demos.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits are one-time purchases and don't expire.
