FillMerge is a Google Sheets add-on that fills PDF form templates with data from your spreadsheet, generating documents inside your browser and your Google account. The service is provided by FillMerge ("we", "us").
New accounts can generate a limited number of PDFs for free (currently 20, lifetime). Beyond that, generation requires credits purchased as one-time packs. Credits are not a subscription, do not renew, and do not expire. Credits are consumed per generated PDF and are non-transferable.
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email support@fillmerge.com. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata within the same window. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights in your country are unaffected.
You may only fill documents you have the right to use, and you are responsible for the contents of the documents you generate. Don't use FillMerge to produce fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent metering.
Your documents and spreadsheet data are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers — see the Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your documents and data.
Support is provided in writing, by email only, at support@fillmerge.com. We aim to respond within two business days. There is no phone or live support.
FillMerge is provided "as is". We work hard to make generation accurate, but you should verify generated documents before relying on them — especially for legal, financial, or government filings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
